Application End User License Agreement

This App is not sold but provided based on a license. To use this App, you must agree to this End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). By using this App, you are deemed to have agreed to the contents of this Agreement.

Article 1 Scope of License

The App Provider (hereinafter referred to as "Licensor") grants you a non-transferable license to use this App on a smartphone, tablet, or other device that you own or control, in a personal and non-exclusive manner.

You may not perform the following acts:

Duplicate this App (except as explicitly permitted by this Agreement or related rules)
Analyze source code (reverse engineering, decompilation, etc.)
Modify, redistribute, or provide sublicenses
Make this App available for use on multiple devices simultaneously over a network

If you transfer the device to a third party, you must delete this App before the transfer.

Article 2 Use of Data

The Licensor may collect and use technical information about the device and OS for the purpose of providing the App and improving quality. However, such information is handled in a format that cannot identify individuals.

Article 3 Termination of Agreement

This Agreement is valid until you or the Licensor terminates the agreement. If you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement will automatically terminate, and your right to use the App will also expire.

Article 4 Use of External Services

This App may include functions to access services or websites provided by the Licensor or third parties (hereinafter referred to as "External Services"). Use of External Services is entirely at your own responsibility.

The Licensor does not guarantee the content, accuracy, or availability of External Services at all. Also, when using External Services, you agree not to perform the following acts:

Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
Acts of defamation, threats, stalking, or harassment of others
Acts that violate laws or public order and morals

External Services may not be available in all countries or languages. If you use External Services, you are responsible for regarding applicable laws.

Article 5 Disclaimer

This App and related services are provided "as is" and "to the extent available". The Licensor makes no express or implied warranties, including:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability
Non-infringement of third-party rights

Even if damages occur due to defects in this App or Service, the user shall bear the costs required for repair, recovery, etc.

Article 6 Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages (indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, business interruption, etc.) arising from the use or inability to use this App.

However, this excludes cases where there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Licensor.

Article 7 Export Control

This App may be subject to export-related laws and regulations of Japan and other countries/regions. You are responsible for regarding all applicable import/export-related laws and regulations.

Article 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country or region where you reside.

For all disputes arising in connection with this Agreement, the court having jurisdiction over your place of residence shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdictional court of the first instance.
